Virjina Maslov

Certified Ballet Instructor
Languages: English, Russian

I began dancing at the age of five, exploring a variety of dance styles alongside rhythmic gymnastics. Throughout my training, classical ballet based on the Vaganova method became the foundation of my technique, discipline, and artistic approach to movement.

I later continued my professional education at the Academy of Music, Theatre, and Fine Arts, majoring in Choreography, while beginning my teaching career. Over the years, I have worked with students of all ages — from young children to adults — helping them grow both technically and artistically, and preparing many for performances and competitions.

My teaching approach combines classical ballet, contemporary and modern dance, along with elements of gymnastics and acrobatics, creating a well-rounded and dynamic training style that supports both strength and expression.

With more than 15 years of teaching experience, I believe movement education builds much more than physical ability. It develops discipline, confidence, resilience, and strong character — qualities that benefit students both inside and outside the studio. Many of my former students have gone on to become choreographers themselves, which is one of my greatest professional joys.

At GYMNASTIKA Athletic Studio, my goal is to help every student discover their potential, express themselves through movement, and grow into strong, confident individuals.
