Sunday, November 23 • 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Ages 18+

Take a moment for yourself before the Thanksgiving rush!
This class is designed to help you relax, release tension, stretch deeply, and add a touch of gentle conditioning to wake up your body.

What you’ll enjoy:
• Deep muscle release & flexibility work
• Breathing techniques for calm and focus
• Gentle strengthening
• Cozy atmosphere with relaxing music
• A perfect way to feel light, refreshed, and recharged

🎄 Show Day:
📅 Sunday, December 14
⏰ 11 AM – 1 PM
📍 GYMNASTIKA Athletic Studio

🎭 Mandatory Dress Rehearsal:
📅 Friday, December 5
⏰ 5 – 7 PM
All students must attend! We’ll have a full run-through in costumes.

👗 Costumes:
Please order as soon as possible to make sure your child is ready for the rehearsal & the show.

🎟️ Tickets:
Tickets must be purchased by December 1st at the front desk or at 📞 (310) 404-8224 so we can plan for all students and guests.
