At GYMNASTIKA Athletic Studio, our ballet program nurtures girls at every stage — from first pliés to confident, expressive dancers 🩰
We focus on strong technique, posture, flexibility, musicality, and confidence, all in a supportive and inspiring environment.

💖 Our Ballet Classes by Age & Schedule:

🩰 Ballet Girls Ages 3–5
• Tuesday: 6:00–6:45 PM
• Friday: 5:00–5:45 PM

🩰 Ballet Girls Ages 5–7
• Tuesday: 4:00–5:00 PM
• Thursday: 4:00–5:00 PM

🩰 Ballet Girls Ages 5–7 (Beginners)
• Tuesday: 6:45–7:45 PM

Each class includes warm-up, barre and center work, across-the-floor combinations, choreography, and stretching — building not only beautiful technique, but also discipline, grace, and a true love for ballet ✨
