HIP-HOP CLASS

Our Hip-Hop classes for ages 6–9, 10–13, and 14+ are energetic, fun, and creatively engaging. Each class combines the foundational elements of hip-hop with a focus on both choreography and improvisation. Students learn dynamic movement patterns, improve coordination, and build confidence as they explore their personal style.

ONE ON ONE TRAINING SESSION

Before the first private class, a qualified coach discusses your child’s needs and goals with you. Afterward, the coach creates a personalized exercise plan to help your child achieve those goals during the session.

HIP-HOP CLASS

The class begins with a full-body warm-up, followed by technique-building exercises and variations of classic hip-hop moves. Improvisation is introduced to help students connect with the rhythm of the music and move freely with confidence. Dancers also learn choreography—group dance routines designed for performance—encouraging teamwork and stage presence. Each session ends with a relaxing stretch to cool down and prevent injury. Whether your child is just starting or already loves to dance, our Hip-Hop classes offer a fun and supportive environment for all levels.

Breakdance

Our Breakdance classes for ages 5–8 and 9–12 introduce students to one of the most physically demanding and visually impressive dance styles. With its athletic movements and explosive energy, breakdancing is as much a sport as it is an art form—which is why it has earned a place in the Olympic Games program. These classes place a strong emphasis on building physical strength, endurance, and coordination. Each session begins with a full-body warm-up and joint activation, followed by calisthenics to strengthen muscles using body weight. Students also work on flexibility and mobility through targeted stretching. The core of the class focuses on foundational breakdance moves—learning the basic elements, then gradually building variations and dynamic combinations. Whether your child is new to dance or ready to level up, our breakdance program offers a powerful mix of discipline, creativity, and fun.
