Rhythmic Gymnastics Class (Girls) AGE 5-7

In our introductory program, we guide students in exploring rhythmic gymnastics through their first steps towards independence and the foundation for lifelong growth in both sports and life.

This comprehensive program includes a full warm-up that enhances leg and back flexibility along with core and back strength. We introduce acrobatics with a strong emphasis on proper technique and continue to teach basic apparatus skills using the rope, ball, and hoop.

This class is also perfect for beginners or girls attending just once a week. We gently introduce the fundamentals at a comfortable pace, focusing on body awareness, basic coordination, and simple apparatus handling.

Additionally, young gymnasts learn choreography for summer and winter showcases, all while having a great deal of fun along the way!
