Engaging in gymnastics activities will not only improve flexibility but also refine motor and locomotive skills. Additionally, gymnastics movements contribute to preventing flat feet and enhancing posture. Throughout this process, young gymnasts will have a blast, making it a fun and exciting experience for them.

Gymnastics Class (Boys) Age 3-6
This class is designed to foster independence and enhance various aspects of physical development. Participants will work on improving flexibility, strength, agility, endurance, and coordination, laying a strong foundation for both life skills and future involvement in sports. Children will embark on a journey of physical, mental, and social development, gaining self-confidence, improving their ability to listen and follow instructions, increasing muscle density and strength, enhancing their balance, and boosting grip strength.
Gymnastics Class
(Boys) AGE 6–8
This class builds upon foundational gymnastics skills while introducing more structured training and discipline. Athletes will continue developing flexibility, strength, agility, endurance, and coordination through age-appropriate drills and skill progressions.
Boys will begin learning fundamental gymnastics techniques such as basic acrobatics, body control, and strength holds. Emphasis is placed on proper form, focus, and safe movement patterns. Participants will strengthen core and upper-body muscles, improve balance and spatial awareness, and develop confidence through skill mastery.
This class supports physical development while reinforcing important life skills such as discipline, perseverance, teamwork, and respect for coaches and peers.
Gymnastics Class
(Boys) Ages 8–12
This class is designed for older boys who are ready for more focused, disciplined training. The program emphasizes strength development, deep stretching, and acrobatic skill work through structured drills and conditioning exercises.
Athletes will work on building core and upper-body strength, increasing flexibility, improving balance and body control, and refining acrobatic movements. Classes are more demanding and goal-oriented, encouraging consistency, concentration, and physical accountability.
This program supports performance in gymnastics and other sports by developing a strong, flexible, and confident athlete with solid movement mechanics and mental focus.
