Gymnastics Class
(Boys) Age 3-6
This class is designed to foster independence and enhance various aspects of physical development. Participants will work on improving flexibility, strength, agility, endurance, and coordination, laying a strong foundation for both life skills and future involvement in sports. Children will embark on a journey of physical, mental, and social development, gaining self-confidence, improving their ability to listen and follow instructions, increasing muscle density and strength, enhancing their balance, and boosting grip strength.
Ballet Class for
Girls Ages 10+
The program emphasizes enhancing flexibility, strength, posture, turnout, pivots, leaps, and balances. In our engaging one-and-a-half-hour sessions, students will master Barre and Center techniques, including Adage, Pirouettes, Allegro, and Stretching. Join us to experience the perfect blend of athleticism and artistry in ballet.
