Join us for a rejuvenating 60-minute stretching class that targets your entire body, from head to toe. This soothing session will help relax stiff muscles, improve flexibility, and promote overall wellbeing.

60-minute GYMNASTIKA Mix

The 60-minute GYMNASTIKA Mix for women is a dynamic and comprehensive full-body workout designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. This engaging session combines elements of stretching, body strengthening, cardio exercises, and ballet-inspired movements using a fit ball.

Classes

Stretching & Strengthening

A balanced class focused on improving flexibility, building strength, and releasing muscle tension. Each session includes a gentle warm-up, full-body stretching, and targeted strengthening for the core, back, arms, legs, and glutes.

Classes incorporate mobility work and self-massage techniques using foam rollers and small massage balls to support recovery, injury prevention, and overall body comfort. Challenging yet restorative, this class helps reduce pain, increase strength, and leave you feeling better.

Latin Fusion
for Adults (Beginner Level)

A welcoming, non-judgmental, and community-driven class designed for adults of all levels to reconnect with their bodies, build confidence, and enjoy movement in a supportive environment.

This 1-hour class begins with a guided warm-up, followed by a dynamic dance combination. New choreography is introduced every two weeks, allowing students to build strength, coordination, and confidence at a comfortable pace.

The class blends Latin dance styles such as Salsa, Samba, Cha-Cha, and Flamenco with Hip-Hop, Jazz Funk, Afrobeats, and more, creating an energizing and fun fusion experience.

No previous dance experience required—just a desire to move, grow, and feel good in your body.
