Latin Fusion for Adults (Beginner Level)

A welcoming, non-judgmental, and community-driven class designed for adults of all levels to reconnect with their bodies, build confidence, and enjoy movement in a supportive environment.

This 1-hour class begins with a guided warm-up, followed by a dynamic dance combination. New choreography is introduced every two weeks, allowing students to build strength, coordination, and confidence at a comfortable pace.

The class blends Latin dance styles such as Salsa, Samba, Cha-Cha, and Flamenco with Hip-Hop, Jazz Funk, Afrobeats, and more, creating an energizing and fun fusion experience.

No previous dance experience required—just a desire to move, grow, and feel good in your body.

Raqs & Reps

A high-energy workout blending cardio, strength, and flexibility to prepare your gher for the next mehmooni—and for everyday strength and confidence.

This beginner-friendly, all-levels class is a welcoming, judgment-free space designed for women and girls ages 16+. Open to all generations, this class celebrates movement, culture, and community—bring your sisters, mothers, daughters, and friends.

The class combines functional fitness with Iranian dance-inspired movement to build endurance, tone the body, and improve mobility while having fun.

After class, enjoy fresh chai in our lobby while your younger dancers participate in Iranian Dance for Kids (ages 7–12).

Flexibility & Injury Prevention for Professional Dancers

Designed for dancers who want to elevate their training, expand their range of motion, and support long-term performance and career longevity. This class focuses on reducing pain, managing fatigue, and preventing injury through smart, sustainable training. Returning to dance after an injury? This is the ideal place to rebuild safely. Looking to strengthen your body and protect your performance? You belong here.

This class is rooted in rhythmic gymnastics methodology and integrates elements of yoga, Pilates, calisthenics, HIIT, plyometrics, and physical therapy principles. The approach is both preventative and educational, emphasizing intelligent flexibility, functional strength, and mobility that lasts.

Led by Sofia, a professional athlete, coach, and dancer with a lifetime of experience, each class is thoughtfully adapted to the individuals in the room. Programming is responsive to dancers’ unique needs, goals, and training backgrounds—because there is no one-size-fits-all solution.

A balanced conditioning class designed to support growing bodies through strength, flexibility, and injury prevention. This class helps teens build a strong foundation for athletic performance while reducing discomfort related to growth spurts and growing pains.

Through guided stretching, strength training, and mobility exercises, students improve posture, coordination, and body awareness—helping them move more confidently and safely in sports, dance, and everyday activities.

Ideal for active teens of all levels, this class promotes healthy habits, supports physical development, and encourages confidence in a positive, supportive environment.

A fun, energetic, and beginner-friendly class where children explore traditional and popular Iranian dance styles including Sonati, Bandari, Kurdish, Baba Karam, and more.

This class offers a joyful way for kids to stay active, build coordination, and connect with Irooni culture through music and movement. Classes are designed to boost confidence, rhythm, and self-expression in a positive, supportive environment.
